How To Grow Forget Me Not From Seed: How to grow Forget Me Not seeds: Myosotis Sylvatica seeds can be started either indoors or directly outside in a prepared seedbed. Indoors, in the late winter, sow Forget Me Not seeds in starter flats, and press the flower seeds into the soil and lightly cover.
For directly sowing outdoors, prepare a seedbed by loosening the top several inches of soil and weeding. The Forget-Me-Not seeds can be sown when frosts are still possible.
